Tips to control anger

Posted by admin | HEALTH | Thursday 27 May 2010 11:34 am

Hi friends, everybody in the world wants to live a healthy life. To live a healthy life, you should not affected by the outward things. Controlling anger is good for your health. It is well said that God gave us two ears but only one tongue which is a gentle hint that we should listen more and talk less. Let us remember to keep our mind in gear before putting our tongue into action. Finally, our ultimate goal is to eliminate ill-will from our minds and set ourselves free from afflictions of mental anger. Whenever, we harbor anger in our mind somewhere we hurt ourselves and sometimes we are not even aware of the evil done by us.

Your anger is directed towards a person and it will affect him only when he is vulnerable otherwise your anger will simply boomerang on you and will hurt you. Just think if you wish somebody to go to hell then you yourself will be going there to visualize as to how that man will actually suffer in hell. Out of anger we curse each other, but in reality we are cursing ourselves.
